Book your shuttle online ahead of time and pick how to get us a set of keys. The easy way is to drop a spare key in the mail slot at our front door on your way to the put-in, open 24 hours a day. You drive within a few yards of our door on the way to the Rogue, so it is not out of your way. If you only have one key, choose a hide-a-key spot on your vehicle when you book and we will find it, use it and hide it again.
Park at your put-in or trailhead, lock up, take your keys and go. We move your vehicle to the other end, park it, leave the keys inside and lock it. Please leave the tank full. We regularly move everything from a Prius to an F-350 with a long trailer, sticks included.
We typically drive the coast route from mid-February, when shuttles start for the year, through late April or early May, and the Bear Camp route from around Memorial Day until it closes in mid to late November. If we have to take a longer route than the one you booked, your card on file is charged the difference, and if we can take a shorter one, you are refunded the difference. Shuttles booked the day you launch are subject to a $10 fee. When you book, select the day you launch on the calendar, and fill in your takeout day later in the process.

FAQ
Before you reserve
How do rentals and shuttles work together?
Book the boat first, then add the logistics. If you do not add a gear drop, you pick the raft or kayak up at the shop and bring it back. If you add a gear drop and pickup, Whitewater Cowboys stages the boats at the put-in and collects them at the take-out. That does not move people. Add either a vehicle shuttle or a seat on the shuttle bus back to your car.
