Most of our rivers are quiet this time of year, but the Rogue never really closes. Our Briggs guides fish it nearly year-round in traditional drift boats, following the salmon and steelhead runs and picking the stretch based on what's running and how the river looks.
Winter days on the Rogue are cool and often wet, so pack layers, rain gear and waterproof boots. Your guide brings everything else.
